The UC Davis Center for Reducing Health Disparities, in close collaboration with UC Davis CTSC Community Engagement program, partnered with the Solano County Behavioral Health Division (SCBH) and three community-based organizations to carry out the project. The Solano County Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Cultural Transformation Model (ICCTM) project is anchored in the national Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards and improved community engagement practices within the countywide behavioral health system of care. For this innovation project, the Latino, Filipino-American and LGBTQ+ communities were identified as communities of focus based on historically low access and service utilization rates compared to other communities.
