Multisite Research Project Manager
The Institute for Clinical and Translational Research (ICTR) participates in several research networks and provides a variety of research support services to assist investigators with the complexities of developing and implementing multisite research. This position will primarily be responsible for supporting three multidisciplinary, disease-agnostic research networks and managing the respective clinical research studies in those networks:
-The Wisconsin Network for Health Research (WiNHR) is comprised of the four largest health-care providers in the state: Aurora, Gundersen, Marshfield Clinic and UW Health.
-The Midwest Area Research Consortium for Health (MARCH), is a regional network comprised of seven academic medical centers including Indiana University, Mayo Clinic, Medical College of Wisconsin, The Ohio State University, University of Michigan, University of Minnesota, and University of Wisconsin-Madison
-The Trial Innovation Network (TIN), a national initiative which leverages the expertise and resources of more than 60 sites
This position provides leadership in planning, implementing, coordinating, and managing multisite clinical research projects. In addition, the multisite research project manager provides high-level program support related to fostering internal and external relationships, managing communications, tracking and evaluating network usage and other metrics, promoting the networks and supporting UW's data and safety monitoring committees.

-Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidance, the Code of Federal Regulations, ICH GCP, and HIPAA regulations required.
-Knowledge of data management in clinical research highly desirable.
Clinical research certification (SOCRA, ACRP) and/or project management certification is preferred.
Bachelor's degree required; healthcare or biological sciences area preferred.
Master's degree desirable.
-Minimum two years of experience in human subjects research required, three to six years of experience preferred.
-Prior experience coordinating multisite clinical research preferred.
-Past work history with data and safety monitoring committees is highly desirable.
-Previous administrative or management experience in an academic setting is highly desirable.
